Saxon founded Rogue Contractors and Consulting to bridge the gap between owners, engineers, vendors and contractors across infrastructure, utility and telecommunications.
He works as an embedded growth partner rather than a temporary consultant: building structured sales and business development strategy for contractors, supporting procurement alignment and prequalification for owners and agencies, strengthening market positioning for engineers, and positioning vendors’ products and solutions against real upcoming work.
He also built the Rogue Network on collaboration over competition — a selective group of proven firms with strong reputations and execution capability, rather than a list of names.
